I increased this cache. Video play good few seconds, but than crashed again.

How to increase input cache? (If you mean VLC settings)

What's bug?

VLC can't play the high-bitrate MPEG2-video normally. It's can be video+audio = over 10000kbps or video over 10000kbps.
