Do you know where I can download or copy a registry.reg file that would make it easy to re-establish VLC Player as the default music and video player?

Isn't there some way to LOCK the default player settings???

I have Windows 7 sp1

I have VLC 1.1.11 and Storm Player from China on my computer. Storm Player allows me to watch TV shows and movies and I don't want to get rid of it. The problem is that when I finish watching video on Storm Player it steals ALL the default file associations and I have to change them all back to VLC ...
