why some video i see ok on WMP windows nad when i see with VLC is not good and with a line green on the center of video ?

Wonderfull program VLC, but NOT read the video (create with some program to snapshot the desktop to demo or tutorial to install programs !) in the SWF extension ! Whit IrFan View a photo program is this video movie, but with VLC not see this .swf video, I ear the sound but not video !!! why ? thankls
