It is possible or any plugin exists, that adds the feature of fetching subtitle (of a particular language) from any subtitle website(i.e. subscene.net or opensubtitles.org) while playing the a movie?

Ok. But the issue volume is changing too fast with mouse scroll. Is it possible to slow down the responsiveness?

Menu Tools -> Preferences (Show settings = ALL) -> Audio
Then on the right panel try lower values for Audio output volume step (default is 32).

Is it possible to set the max volume level to 400% in Twoflower?

Its not about the sound or anything, its about the range i want to have, from 0 to 400. I need finer control over volume slider when I am using mouse scroll.
