I just installed VLC 2.1.2. I only intend to use it for receiving audio streams in an old Dell laptop running XP Home+SP3. One stream I tried to receive is.. http://surconsult.primcast.com:5756 ..which is a Paraguayan radio station MP3 stream. I can always listen to this OK with Microsoft Media Play...
