This is not really supported as VLCMediaThumbnailer is written for files, not network streams.

We intend to provide a more suitable API for streams to capture snapshots during playback later this year.

It can be compiled and it works fine.

and compiled successfully,but just works fine on android 2.2 and above.
what's wrong?
