I was changing around the effects and filters settings, but now I need to restore them to their defaults. I tried quitting and restarting VLC, but that didn't work. Any ideas?

I was thinking that maybe there are specific settings I need to use to accomplish the task.

I'm not exactly sure what is causing the issue I'm having, but when I play a file in VLC it appears to have a white tint/very light transparent layer of white over it/brighter than it should be.
