SO I tried the 64 bit nighlty build ... alas no sound. I was able to try Foobar2000, Media Player Classic, and POTPlayer, and all of these played my 24 bit files without fail in Windows 7, with other apps running.

So I truly hope this VLC glitch gets fixed .... :?:

Hello VLC_help, 1) Can you elaborate on the bug that is causing my problem? Anything I can do to VLC to mitigate the problem?
