The video capture (from iSight camera) is not available on the current version of VLC for Mac OS X.

Dans mon cas je suis obligé d'utilisé un protocole basé sur UDP pour effectuer la communication entre l'encodeur et le relais. Avec cette contrainte, seul le format d'encapsulation MPEG/TS est disponible...

Pourquoi penses tu que le pb serait moins important avec une autre encapsulation ?

J'ai exactement le même problème.
Je pense qu'il n'y a pas de solution miracle avec les versions actuelles de VideoLAN...

When i run VLC 0.8.4 (on a Windows XP OS) with the SAP option (-S sap), VLC start only 15 seconds later. VLC start very quickly if i remove this option...

Any solution to solve this issue ?

Yes the OSprey card is detected automaticaly (just press on the refrech button).
It is based on the DirectShow driver.

Work fine ONLY with the 0.7.1 version...
