There's a new host certificate posted to the Doom9 forums. So it's possible decrypt bluray's again with out third party tools.

20th Century Fox releases are BD+ and wont play with VLC even if there decrypted to HD. And releases from 2012 and newer will be hit or miss. MKB v31 are verified to revoke the host certificate and there's no public processing key.

I wonder if the error message could be narrowed down a bit. In my case i have a bluray that was encrypted with a newer processing key then is publicly known. And the error is vague about whats wrong. Blu-Ray error: Your system AACS decoding library does not work. Missing keys? Your input can't be op...
