RTSP Server

Has anyone managed to stream FROM vlc TO something OTHER THAN vlc using RTSP? I can't get it to work.

I think there may be some problems with the way RTSP is implemented but I just wanted to ask before diving into the code.

no Log file

I can't seem to get VLC for windows (precompiled 0.8.5) to write the log file. I have tried both text and HTML files using both the preferences menu and the command line --logfile options. Incedentally, commands like "vlc --list --vvv" don't appear to do anything either. Any ideas? -selket
