Is it possible to stream VLC to chromecast from the Linux Desktop VLC?

yeah I undestand but it was put there by VLC, thought it had some 'catching'+subscription feature. I think the Desktop VLC [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5gWLsh6fg8]does[/url].

Is there a way to stream from VLC Android to a Desktop? I have Arch Linux with latest VLC and just updated my mobile VLC. But I dont see the Desktop available to mirror.
