It works but only for currently played file. After file changing it resets.

16:9. Actually it works but until other file with other picture format selection.

Tools->Preferences->Show all settings->Playlist->Play files randomly forever.
This checkbox set on by default. Uncheck, press "Save" button, restart VLC. There is checked the setting again.

PS: VLC 2.0

How can it be automatic? What is logic of conversion? I don't see any changes compare to previous version. I think it does not work at all.

I mean Tools -> Preferences (Show settings: all) Video. This setting is not permanent as well.

There is "Shader support in the OpenGL output, for colorspace conversion, including 10bits." announced in latest 2.0 version of VLC Media Player in the website.
But I cannot find any settings and documentation for this.
How to use this feature?

I set Video cropping setting to 16:9 in advanced video settings. It works fine until I select another file in playlist. After another file selection crop reset to default.
Is there way to stick cropping settings?
PS: VLC 2.0 for windows.
