this work well with Windows Media Player but not with VLC, how is it possible?

I need a strong help to stream a MMSH to Android devices.

the stream source is: mmsh://77.238.11.5:8080/ and I need to convert it to MP4(H264) for android.
I tried in all ways with VLC UI, but I think that I need a good command string to get the best result.

I am streaming a MMS to RTPS with following command: :sout=#transcode{vcodec=h264,vb=0,scale=0,acodec=mp4a,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:rtp{sdp=rtsp://:8554/android.sdp} :sout-keep 2 problems: 1) if I create the stream from VLC this work ok, but if I create by command line this work fine but ...
