Is it a complex issue to fix? Will you guys ever get round to sorting it? If not, if VLC could open the last played file and spot on the timeline each time it reopens (Lion's resume feature for example) then that would also be a workaround to this issue.

Ah that's good that they are known. I looked for a bug reporter in the actual application but didn't see one, that's why I posted on here. I'll use that link in future.

If I add files to the Media Library, I'd like the list to show which I've watched and which I haven't. A simple tick for watched would be good, help me keep track!

I plug my laptop into my TV often, and use HDMI (along with a MiniDisplay Port to HDMI adapter). When I plug it in, all sound output comes through my TV. However, if VLC was open when I plugged in the HDMI cable, the audio will still come out my laptop and not TV, unless I quit and reload VLC. Same ...
