OpenGL video output question.

OK...maybe a silly question, but it isn't obvious for me and I didn't find any related information.

What is the difference between "OpenGL video output" and "OpenGL video output for Windows"? :D
I test them both and seems identical to me.

TIA! :D

Re: Tray icon problem.

Oh...never mind! :D
It would be a nice feature to add (some time at future) though.

THANKS Jean-Baptiste!

Compilation error?

Hi! :D

Configure and make went well.
However "make check" returned this output:
https://paste.kde.org/pad8zkptg

Any hints? :D
TIA!

Tray icon problem.

Hi! :D

Choosing a skin disables tray icon.
(Both at Windows 10 and Linux (KDE), with latest VLC).

Is it possible to activate a skin and preserve the tray icon :?:
TIA! :D

Re: VLC can't play some videos (eg. FLV). (OpenSUSE).

Maybe this one, from vlc-codecs: /usr/lib64/vlc/plugins/demux/libavformat_plugin.so ?

OK! I installed VLC from Packman repository and the problem solved.
THANKS!!! :D

Re: Play MIDI audio files

As said you need a .SF2 SoundFont and to browse to this file through Tools -> Preferences (Show settings = ALL) -> Input / Codecs -> Audio codecs -> FluidSynth Then save and exit VLC. THANKS Lotesdelere! :D I already did it (after reading the wiki), but it keeps warning me with the above message (a...

After reading the wiki and installing GeneralUser GS FluidSynth v1.44, I keep geting the same message: MIDI synthesis not set up: A sound font file (.SF2) is required for MIDI synthesis. Please install a sou...
