I have tried and tried to create playlists in VLC and have had absolutely no success. I am desperate for someone to explain how to do it with simple, step-by-step instructions. My OS is Windows Vista. Please will someone help.

I am definitely not a computer techie, although I do know how to do a lot of things. Would someone please give me simple, step by step instructions on how to create a playlist on VLC media player (version 2.0.0).
