Hard to express this in words, I am looking to load a playlist, or folder into VLC and have it play a file at random for a random amount of time at a random start point. i'd love this too.. surprised it hasnt been made yet. i know vlc is powerful enough and this is a simple enough task.. someones gotta be around! i'll throw $5 in the chip in to have this made!
