Did you try --sub-track 0 and 1 ? Thanks for the alternative, but that did not work. It behaves the same. In the menu, the subtitle is shown selected, but until the menu **is** manually selected for Closed Captions 1 or 2 or 3, the subtitles are not displayed. Just for clarity, none of these cause ...

I don't have a solution to the described issue, but perhaps a work-around? What format are the subtitles? Sub, SRT, something else? Are the subs stored inside the container or as a separate file?
