How to fix: Fullscreen -> If Windows taskbar is still up, click somewhere blank on your taskbar (without exiting full screen) -> click back on the player menu in VLC (be careful not to click the timeline or you'll jump to that spot in your vid). Right click Taskbar -> Unlock Taskbar -> 'F' to fullscreen

If that doesn't work, then click on VLC player, then on Taskbar, then on VLC player and then 'F' to fullscreen.

It seems to be a problem with window focus. I've experienced it for several months now and it's annoying. 1.1 does nothing.
