That would be great but I don't see VLC 2.0 available for windows yet...and unfortunately my project requires windows.

If you have a link to a windows version of VLC 2.0 I would be more than willing to test it.

I have a MPEG-TS that plays both the video and audio perfectly using the MPEG Transport Stream demuxer...but there is no elapsed time.
