How do I load jpg to show the playlist that can not display chinese title?

I am just a VLC player user. Don't know what LUA is. Hope you can make this work and let me know or have the update. Also, I have put Chinese title songs in the playlist and I save the playlist, but the next time I open the same playlist I get ??? int the song title and player can not be able to pla...

I am new at this. Don't what a metadata is. I just go into property of each song in summary and add lyric in the "lyrics" space.
Hope I will learn more from other users.

First timer. If the lyric plug-in could exact the lyric directly from the song's properties would be nice.
I have been putting lyric in the properties of each song. This way I don't have to look for lyric in other folders.
Hope someone can make this happen.
