Your tip did work once for me. Great.
But when I replayed it and the same problem arises.
In result : ???? !!!.
Do you know to fix this uni-coding problem permanently?
I was trying this for HIndi and Bengali font. Thanks.

Looks like live555 is quite a common error. Might be a compatibility issue.
But let's wait for the mods come in and clear the error. Please fix this quick.

@Joel11: VLC fits in almost all monitor and at least I didn't find any problem yet.
