what do you mean if i have checked every default encoding that is being included yes ia have done it

i just did it exactly as you said and again there is no greek-windows 1253 on the default encoding

yeah i am sure can you please send me a link with this version that has the greek-windows 1253 because i already have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but nothing changed

what can i do?? is there anybody who knows?? TO VLC HELP you can download from google greek subtitles from any movie and see what's happening...please i can't see any movie at all...

my default encoding is in default windows 1252 and it has no Greek encoding i can not give you more details because i do not know where and what to look for

I downloaded the vlc 1.1.11 version and when i add greek subtitles it doesn't shows them right...It shows something like strange symbols but not greek subtitles...Please somebody help me!
