Opus and VLC 2.0.4
It looks like VLC 2.0.4 does not encode with the Opus codec. 
I suppose that it can decode Opus files, but I have not found any on the web to play with.
Am I correct - decode only?
I was hoping to encode some difficult .wav files to see how they sound.
