Created a short 1sec clip with yellow rolling balls on blue background and muted audio. The last frame is red frame and 1kHz tone in audio channel. Made avi with DV codec and MPEG2 in mpg. Both PAL. When playing it with VLC 1.1.11 under Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 64bit I never see red frame or hear...
