I reinstall VLC on my Windows 7 32 bit SP1, but why the VLC is not detected by IE 10

Can anyone help me with some config, to make VLC play smooth a 60fps video? With Windows Media Player 12 the same video is played smooth. Hmm unlikely, for instance with another player, I can give delay to subtitles in the same film.

Never try this. Because I use Winamp for audio files.

I tried several times to correct the subtitle to go with the movie, I give delay up or delay down simply nothing happens. Before vlc i use smplayer, whe i gave delay up or delay down, work indeed. What would be the problem? I do not think it's normal.
