I wanted to know if there were any way of making a DVB channel list for VLC with Windows ? (my tuner card is not working on Linux, but it's running perfectly on VLC Windows)

Hello,

I wanted to know if it was possible to select which TV tuner to use. It seems to select by default the first installed.
Both of the cards are DVB-T.
