still happens in vlc from git under kde 4.11

Some mpg files play. some don't
Only the ones that say "decoded format Planar 4:2:0 YUV" in the codec window fail to play correctly.

I finally fixed this.
I recompiled vlc with --disable-libmpeg2 and now it uses ffmpeg to play mpg files instead of libmpeg2 and the problem is gone!

Sorry for bumping the thread but is there no way someone could help with this issue?
