What version of VLC are you using? Please write the command that you use for streaming. Also if you are trying to stream using GUI maybe transcoding is enabled that is not necessary. I would guess this is issue of nightlies. Have you tried any other builds?

What do you mean : nightlies and also build ? I used vlcj-1.2.0-sources.jar package and tried to recompile this package.
