It is working to open my other DVDs the same way with VLC but not with this one

I can open it directly with Windows Media Player on my computer but not with VLC. I hope so much that it can work to open with VLC as well

On a few DVDs VLC skips the Menu and begins with the movie directly. I wonder if there is a chance that I can make VLC start with the movie from the real beginning with the warning text? Are there any settings to do to play the DVD from the beginning?
