Work comp is running XP2 SP2 and on 1.19 I ALWAYS had to put the audio sync @ -.200. The audio is now chopping no matter what.

Specs - Playing DVR AVI files (from windows media center) on a XP machine at work (recording from WMC from home on vista) Using VLC Portable 1.1.11. Now every time a face moves or people walk lines follow the object. Also! HDTV Antenna signal from home. Any suggestions??
