Nobody have a cue?

I can also admit that it has nothing to do with the storage: --sout $dir.mp4
Without it, it also quit/crashes

VLC crash/quit after 9-10 minutes recording

I'm using the following Perl script to record mij Axis camera stream. I want to record a file of 1 hour (--stop-time=3600). The problem is that VLC crashes/quit after 9-10 minutes. The log file doesn't show an error. Please help! ($sec,$min,$hour,$mday,$mon,$year,$wday,$yday,$isdst) = localtime(time...

Live Streaming Axis network Cam

I'm testing VCL currently for live streaming (RTSP) and storage an Axis 207W cam. It's doing very well!

Storing the videos on my HDD is also doing good, it only become one big MP4 file.

I'm looking for a solution that VCL makes files of 60 min.
(or files of a particular filesize)

Please help!
