okay and what about another streaming tool ... multicat could be used but stream from multicat is really terrible ..... more jerking .... is there someone who is using multicat for streaming ?

Okay ... so I moved server and client to separate network. Stream has started to work properly but in some parts video jerked. So I increased values in net.core.wmem_max and net.ipv4.udp_wmem_min ... BTW I used sysctl >> sudo sysctl parameter=value ... It fixed jerking but not in all parts if video ...

Did you make it finally ?? I have similar problem these days. I would like to start vlc at ubuntu startup. I get thousands errors like host unreachable or cannot make raw udp socket. Process stops after that. I am sure this is not network issue. Have you got some advice ?

Is there any possibility of network module missing? I mean availability of system resources in that state of execution. Or permission problem? I would like to start vlc AT startup. After logging to the system I can run vlc correctly. So physical network, hosts and all network parts work correctly. H...

Im absolutely sure this is no network issue ... when i log in and execute that script everything is just fine. Im sure i have valid route and no firewalls at all.
