I tried 3 diff MKV rips of MI:4, verions in 32, 15, and 11 GB's and none of them work properly, either crash after a few minutes or don't play at all. Not to bump my own thread, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. I mean my computer is obviously more powerful than an off-the-shelf Blu-Ray player, so why can't it play MKV's properly?

I've been having a similar issue: I downloaded 4 different MKV versions of a movie and they won't play past 6 - 14 seconds using VLC.
