Try restarting VLC immediately after pressing Save to make sure your changes to preferences have been enabled. I've tried that and initially they are enabled. Problem watching ts-files

When I'm watching TV-recordings in ts format with VLC 1.1.11 there is a lot of horizontal lines in the picture. When trying Windows Media Player I get a perfect picture!

How can I get a better picture using VLC?

I mean changing frame size in full screen mode. It's possible in Media Player Classic (there it's called PnS Dec Size and PnS Inc Size) using numpad 1 and 9.

Decrease scale factor

I can't decrease scale factor using VLC 1.1.9. I've tried Alt+Shift+ o and Alt+o and nothing works. My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I hope somebody will help.
