The nightlies are back tonight. Thanks for re-instating FluidSynth support in 3.0.0-git, team.

It's good to see that the playback progress bar is now working when playing MIDI files. Nice one!

VLC was updated to Version 2.1.5 recently, and it has no support for FluidSynth. My usual course of action, when this happens with new releases, is to either revert to an earlier build, or else to look at the nightlies. I have a recurring problem with VLC. This Mac mini is set up for English and Russian, and runs OS X 10.4.5. We also have a G5 iMac with the same problem.
