This is happening because we have a very strong spam system. We refuse browsers that have fishy user-agents, IPs on blocklists and known open-proxies. Odd thing happened during install. I download (Run) and when done, the install pop up soon says 1.1.5 is already installed, would I like to uninstall it. So I open VLC just to check and it's 1.1.4. This just means your video has two tracks enabled. VLC show them correctly.

Under 0.8.x last March VLC was of a different opinion.
