Is there anyway to down load the default vlc skin to edit. I tried to find it in install directory but I didn't find anything.

Bo really troubleshooting just asking for advice. I recently got a new labtop with 64bit OS and I'm thinking of installing VLC on it. I've use VLC on my desktop and it works fine. My question is will the 32bit version work on a 64bit OS? Also what's the best choice for using VLC? I see theres three ...
