Missed playlist info

I always play media files via playlists (made in VLC itself). Strange thing that I've found is that after creating and reopening playlists Genre and Rating columns in Playlist window is become totally empty. But while opening files one by one directly these columns is filling! Why it happen?

Come on, switching off metadata reading must be easy, isn't it? But how without consequences for VLC stable working???

What for? I think you didnt understood what I mean... Compare screenshots of Playlist window before (this is right values provided by playlist itself): http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/4889/beforewn.jpg and after playing files (values was getted by VLC automatically from mp3 ID3 tags): http://img8...

Thanks, using local path (without file://) solved the problem! I just not perceived these paths in XSPF as actually URIs:)
However I think in this case it would be better to use percent-encoding for non-ASCII chars.
