Re: change audio track with http interface

Both work fine with ts streams. I'll try with some movie and post (but I don't see why it woudn't work)... Bigger problem with new interface is with automatic embedding subtitles in overlay or a lack of docs/examples) on-the-fly in my opinion... EDIT: yes, it works ok with embedded subs as well as w...

Re: Selling VLC application

just to add a bit to the topis - they are not charging you for the VLC but for the INFORMATION (I presume links to content) you will access with VLC. If they have legal content to their content or not is another question, they just say "download this with info loaded". I do not see anythin...

Re: :Sout-all for Satellite transponder - CLIENT settings

When you say "not an easy solution" than I presume the tracks are generated dynamically and same stream never gets the same ID on the client side hence making it virtually impossible to enumerate on permanent basis. But this is just a guess. As for streaming each program to it's own separa...

Re: Access to a program in a Multiplexed TS stream

In a manner usually answerd on this forum: Use ts streaming on local machine via playlist with port opened to outside (intranet, world) and create an accessible HTML page pointing to stream source for VLC plugin and other to local VLC with playlist listed for channel switching :D In other words, exp...

:Sout-all for Satellite transponder - CLIENT settings

Hi all, I have been trying to do something very simple (or it SEEMED simple!) at the time. I have satelite connected ok, streaming with :sout-all option works. I do not care about CPU overload and I did read that Sout-all is not recommended ONLY due to those constraints. Problem/Question is : When I...

Re: Mouse cursor does not hide in fullscreen (1.1.2)

Bumping for a totally different reason yet related to the routine in question - hiding mouse in 1.1.11 (Luggage). In my case, I am using a http pointer to the playlist on another system. Played is Directshow device raw output in YUV2 colorspace and Video capture from analog input so that means that ...

It's not a solution but a workaround.

Re: HTML Interface does not show ID

ok... did it.... Few things needed changing including debuging (reading and experimenting with my VERY limited knowledge!) of functions.js in \http\js folder. First, parametar TITLE is broken as it is not defined in playlist.xml located in \http\requests folder. I've made an addition into leaf ID ta...

Re: HTML Interface does not show ID

Hi,

at the time of posting I wasn't after your suggestion I did but still no difference, playlist is still displayed in form of links instead of TITLE :(

Any other suggestions?

HTML Interface does not show ID

Hi, I have been wracking my brains out with this one and would like to get some opinions. Problem is that when playlist is initiated via script and HTTP module, the list is showing the LINK and not the ID TITLE. Inside there are UDP addresses and my goal is to make it "readable" for human ...

dshow-video parameters rq'd

Hi all, does anyone have a suggestion hot to get all possible combinations for "dshow-video" when executed from a command line? I'm trying to set TV system to PAL on a dual system able video card that defaults to NTSC. Operations attempted were up to *.inf level and registry modifications ...

Saving Show name as a file name from batch

Hi all, I am struggling with one little tiny thing. I have DVB-T stream, all works fine when launching from command line and parameters are working. There is only one thing I can't seem to comprehend. When I use embedded recording (that little red button on GUI) it saves all the information from EPG...
