Why the activex AxVLCPlugin21 in vista and using vb.net the url http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJQVlVHsFF8 doesn't play, outting it into mrl?

What is the code to use in vb.net, to play files with this control?

I've loaded seven video in the vlc playlist with vlc.playlist.add comand in the vb form.
when i try to play it using the vlc.playlist.playItem(VTP), some time the video play and sometimes doesn't play...

What could be the trouble...

i'm using the vlc ocx in a visual basic form, i've insert the vlc.playlist.pauseToggle(), and the video paused, but after when i was going to close the form, the system crashed with a blue screen....
what has happend?

Hi, i've created a vlc instance in a visual basic module and then added it to a form. Then from that form i'd like to manage the vlc instance created in the module, but when i try to intercept it with the comand form1.controls("vlcinstance"), the system answer me that object doesn't exist....

i'm using the vlc AxAXVLC.AxVLCPlugin2 in a visual basic form.
i'd like to play a remote file like http://localhost/file.wmv running IIS 7.0 on my pc, but when i give the comand video.playlist.play(), after adding the url to the vlc control, the file doesn't run.
what am i doing wrong?
