So pretty much covert file down to lower quality for iPhone 4 play back?
I know vlc can do this. What is the best format that will play hd videos correctly?

Also where is iTunes copying the file to?

I put some videos on my iphone to VLC player,
when i try to play the video, it says your device maybe to slow.
so when i try anyways, it is choppy and wont play....
anyone know y its not working correctly, or do i need to do something to make it work
please help

can someone tell me where iTunes copies the video file I am adding to my iPhone?

I know iTunes is coping the files on my computer somewhere, I would like to find these files so I do not have double copies, and same some HD space

please help
