Thanks for the reply. Is there any way I could at least get the file playing again without subs? I'm guessing when I tried to load the film up it just always associates it to the subs or something. Or will this particular file never play in VLC again? LOL. Anyway, thanks for your reply.

I'm pretty noob when it come to using all of VLC's features. I typically just load a video and watch it. DONE.
