I've been a happy VLC user since earlier versions, and now I get the oportunity to give some feedback.
Well, I've been testing 0.8.2 test 2 for a while and basically I've got three issues, not bugs, but features (one removed and two ohers that could be included):
1. About subtitle auto load: in vlc 0.8.1, there were a parameter (something like 'subtitle auto load track' where I could set the subtitle track to be auto loaded. It's default value was '-1', but if set to '0' it would load the first track associated to that running video file. I couldn't find this parameter anymore, in 0.8.2 test 2.
2. Still about the subtitles, I guess VLC should have a 'bold' option (the subtitle font seems too thin).
3. I've been having some difficulties to play videos with stereo audio (2.0) in 5.1 output. I can't have center channel emulated. I wanted this feature, so I could have a virtual center channel and then a full 5.1 audio output. Actually, this happens with most of windows applications. But I thought that VLC could be superior.

BTW, congrats for VLC! It's the greatest.
