Video effects not working with 10bit video (vlc 2.1.0)

Hi, I recently updated to the 2.1.0 git version of vlc to be able to watch 10bit videos without problems. Unfortunately, I noticed that the video effects are not working at all with 10bit videos. Is there a way to fix this problem (I'm especially interested in fixing the image adjustments)?

Yes: someone needs to get its hands greasy and write the code. I did the transform filter today. Other than that, no.
