'&' letter not displayed if it is in a chapter name.

I 've noticed that if the chapter has a name which contains the letter '&' it is not displayed and instead a blank space is left in it's space.
The chapter are inside an mkv container and is in xml format. But if the name is 'and' instead of '&' it is displayed properly.
I hope this mistake will be taken into account for corrections and will be repaired in the coming releases.
