VLC installation for corporates

Hello.

I was wondering if you could add some sort of default settings file or similar to VLC installation that sets certain settings for users.

Two of our current needs are :

- Set English as user interface default setting instead of Auto (multinational user base). Users should be able to set this later to whatever they want.
- Forced disable for auto-updates (users do not have admin rights to their machines)

and any other setting that people feel could be useful as default.

Was thinking something similar as Firefox/thunderbird setting file that has defaultprefs and lockprefs in [installdir].
