Hi
I've found that on certain .rec files that playback pauses and the progress bar turns red (can't be sure, as I'm colour blind!) while the background bar goes from grey to green (or orange?) and starts at the beginning and then rapidly goes to the end of the bar. Then programme playback resumes and the progress bar reverts to normal (blue on grey) until this happens again. It happens more often when I jump forward 10s.
I'm running VLC 2.0.0 on Windows 7/64.
Any ideas what's wrong?

It means it is re-buffering. Those are files?

Tx - rebuffering makes sense.
I recall now that there was some backup activity on the file server going on when the client was playing the files (over gigE) plus the files now appear to be playing back and skipping forward just fine!
