Upgrade problem

Postby joro » 28 Feb 2012 20:26

When I tried to upgrade on my XP laptop after checking for new versions, it downloaded 1.11, but it would not install, saying there was a cryptographic error, download deleted. Tried twice more in case of a a corrupted download. Same problem.

Then I downloaded 2.0 and installed it. It opened folders and discs, but only played the audio. No video was displayed. Deleted the installation and all registry entries, then downloaded and installed 2.0 again. Same problem: no video.

(Windows XP Home SP3, Intel Pentium4, 2GB RAM)

Upgrade video drivers or change video output to DirectDraw.
